Love at first sight?

Which of you believe in this concept. I believe if left to open conversation, it is pretty much a debate in itself. Cutting it short though, lets show you the way I see it.


If that needs some knowing me then, my favorite subject is Physics(supposed to be geeky I guess) and Science is beloved to me. Therefore I was completely against this notion of 'love at first sight' crap! But we cannot forget there is still something like 'opposites attract' and well that happens every damn time, even the first time ;)

Loosely I pulled my fringe aside,
The wind which had made it wild,
Lazily I gazed away,
As the Lectures were gloomy today;

My agitated face,
Caught the sight,
Of a moon shaped face peeping inside,
The doors were shut with a small gap,
For some oxygen to keep us alive;

The door danced to the breezy rhythm,
As I watched the face from he corner of my eyes,
It seemed anxious, childish and fond,
I thought it was the flirting game;

I strayed aside or so I tried,
The moon face still as anxious,
With no lashes falling stared,
I felt uneasy like always before,
But there was something different,
The eyes had stared into mine directly;

Each time before it was something else,
The act of which revealed their mettle,
I had to say this was different,
Very earnest though;

I still was scared,
For so I had been trained to be,
Nothing of me was a joke or fun,
No-one else should make me thus,
I ignored......

Life led on,
And I saw more of the face,
Still the stare always in the eye,
The eye that spoke a million words,
And I replied unconsciously with plenty more,
Sometimes scared that this was part,
Of an uncanny gain;

The days passed,
Often very fast,
And I came know the face through my eyes,
Shy,Subtle,True and Earnest,
Every grain of whom was pure,
Often spearhead answers met,
But none of them were sugary coated,
Yes it is much later I knew,
It was the face i had always looked through,
I still could say 'love at first sight was actually crap',
But 'Attraction at first sight and then love' is practically feasible.



.....BTW thank god you can't throw tomatoes online for any kind of crap! Sorry for every guy and girl who disagree or agree but like to throw tomatoes ;) . It would be a pleasure to know how you think and what are your insights of 'Love at first sight'. You can also write your experience-you know if u'd had some.And don't expect this guy to write-he's left writing for really long!But what's stopping you, pen it down....and we'll read lovely tales.
